ePaperlessAuditTrail.org (“ePAT.org!”) is committed to the green movement. Our mission is to take the world paperless, one company at a time. This begins with a company’s retention policy. Legally, what do we need to retain and how can we store the records? Going forward, how can my company stop producing paper? What processes can I put in place to go paperless? Of the records already being stored, which are disposable? And finally, how can I digitalize the remaining stored records? These are the questions to which ePAT.org! has the answers and we have not just one answer, but several. The choices are up to you.
INITIAL CONSULTATION IS FREE TO ALL CUSTOMERS – includes discussion of goals to take your company completely paperless on a go-forward basis and to address existing paper records retention requirements and destruction of stored records on a backwards basis.
